Monique is our office manager and is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the office including accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintenance, and new accounts. She also leases many of the properties and assists in the purchase & sales of properties.
Charissa (charissa@sigpm.com)
Charissa is the assistant office manager. She brings with her previous experience related to all aspects of managing properties. She does move-in and move-out inspections as well as handling some of the maintenance. In addition, she helps in showing our vacancies to prospective tenants, preparing leases, security deposit dispositions, and working with vendors.
Karla (karla@sigpm.com)
Karla works in the maintenance department. She is responsible for coordinating the many service calls between the tenants, managers, and dozens of vendors. She also reviews bills for accuracy and follows up to make sure work has been done properly.
Anika (anika@sigpm.com)
Anika processes the numerous applications we receive each week, which includes, verifying employment, landlord references and running credit checks, eviction searches and criminal backgrounds. Being a part of the maintenance staff, she also coordinates repairs as needed. In addition, Anika places all the advertising for the vacancies on the various websites we use & in the newspapers, as well as coordinating with the insurance companies for the owners.

Renata is in charge of account receivables. She scans a copy of each check monthly & enters the payments in each tenant's ledger as well as preparing the bank deposits. She also follows up on late payments and processes any "3 Day Notices to Pay Rent or Quit" which may need to go out. In addition, Renata prepares reports for owners & emails them out, tracks special assessments, and prepares the monthly rent increases.
Nicole (nicole@sigpm.com)
Nicole is responsible for the coordination of hundreds of Account Payables each month for the many owners we work with. Each payment is logged into our accounting software and reviewed before payments are processed. She also works on the monthly reconciliation of each bank trust account. Nicole then emails to the owners a Cash Flow & General Ledger Statement monthly.

Nita does much of the follow up work in the office between tenants, owners, and other special projects, as well as assessing market rents each month. Besides this, Nita coordinates changes in utilities and most importantly the coordination of items that must be performed when a tenant moves in or out.
